  • Develop and implement customer-specific strategies and JBPs to drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Unitas and individual member accounts
  • Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities to grow TPB market share
  • Drive sales distribution and execution in line with agreed objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to secure internal support for customer initiatives
  • Act as a ‘wholesale champion’ internally, ensuring channel needs are clearly represented
  • Develop and regularly review tailored sales strategies aligned with TPB brand and business objectives
  • Engage customers through consultative, insight-led conversations to uncover opportunities and drive value
  • Own commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, sales delivery, profitability, and trade spend management

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic thinker with the energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to have “courageous” conversations
  • Numerate with excellent financial and commercial skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Detailed customer planning ability
  • Experience in building and executing customer-specific plans to drive growth
  • Full UK driving licence
