About the Role:
The Assistant Brand Manager position is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in brand and marketing management. The role will provide broad exposure across our portfolio, with a focus on brand asset management, digital platform updates, and PR administration, ensuring our teams and partners have access to accurate, engaging, and up-to-date materials.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and update the central library of brand assets (logos, product images, videos, guidelines).
- Track usage and version control of assets to ensure alignment with global brand standards.
- Support the upkeep of brand and trade platforms (SharePoint, DAM, intranet, e-commerce portals, etc.).
- Upload and refresh content, ensuring accuracy and relevance for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to Brand Managers in campaign execution by coordinating materials, timelines, and approvals.
- Help prepare basic reports or presentations for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Assist in gathering competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer insights.
- Support PR activities by maintaining media contact lists, monitoring coverage, and updating PR calendars.
- Help coordinate product samples and media requests for journalists, influencers, and events.
- Assist with preparing press materials, press releases, and internal communications where needed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team (PO management, budget tracking, meeting coordination).
- Help maintain records and prepare regular updates on asset usage, platform performance, and PR activity.

The Assistant Brand Manager position would be perfect for you if you are recently graduated or early in your marketing career – no extensive brand management experience is required.
You’ll also need to be:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using digital tools, content management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills – able to work collaboratively across teams.
