Powered by AI, Treasure AI is shaped by human creativity and always-on through continuous, context-driven action. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment, where change is constant and you can have a direct impact on the success of a sales team in one of the fastest growing sectors in tech, then this is the role for you. This is a strategic sales operations business partner role supporting the go-to-market teams in EMEA, mainly in the UK and France. The role is critical to driving consistent and predictable bookings and growth, as well as pipeline generation, pipeline progression and timely closing of deals. The main focus will be productive and efficient processes, tools and cadence for the sales teams. You will embed AI-assisted tools and workflows into the EMEA go-to-market motion — from pipeline risk detection and forecast automation to role-based daily prioritization — so go-to-market team members spend less time assembling data and more time acting on it.

Responsibilities

  • Primary role is to support the EMEA GM in implementing the regional strategy and driving the expected daily, weekly and quarterly cadence for planning, forecasting, pipeline generation, pipeline progression and closing deals, leveraging AI-assisted tools wherever possible.
  • Enable the EMEA GTM teams on best practices and process know-how to ensure optimal use of tools and systems.
  • Support global efforts to define relevant and insightful metrics and KPIs, create dashboards to track the same, and ensure the GTM teams leverage this data to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Deploy AI-generated daily briefings and role‑specific attack plans for ADRs, AEs, and SEs so that each member starts the day with a prioritized action list derived from live pipeline data rather than a static report.
  • Leverage AI to provide data‑driven insights to the team on potential risks, opportunities, optimizations and changes, surfacing actionable recommendations to leaders in near real‑time rather than at scheduled review points.
  • Coordinate with others on the Rev Ops team to ensure consistent policies and procedures are designed, implemented and executed.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable AI skills and workflow automations for the EMEA sales motion so that analytical work is scalable and consistent, and the team is not dependent on one-off manual analysis.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years revenue operations experience, with at least 2 years at a Manager level.
  • 3+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS sales operations.
  • Hands‑on AI practitioner: able to build and deploy AI skills, agents, and workflow automations; evaluate and refine AI‑generated pipeline and forecast outputs with confidence; and continuously identify new opportunities to embed AI into the EMEA sales motion.

Physical Requirements

Working out of the London, UK office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”

Travel Requirements

Potential travel to offsites at various locations in EMEA up to 4 times per year.

Perks and Benefits (UK)

  • Competitive compensation packages.
  • Salary Sacrifice pension plan with 7% employer match.
  • Supplemental medical and dental cover offered & 5X annual salary for life cover provided.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSU).
  • Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave including a post‑partum night nurse.
  • Comprehensive support and access to care for everyone, everywhere through Carrot - our global reproductive health and family‑building benefit.

Our Dedication to You

We value and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of our business and at all levels. Success comes from acknowledging, welcoming, and incorporating diverse perspectives. Diverse representation alone is not the desired outcome. We also strive to create an inclusive culture that encourages growth, ownership of your role, and achieving innovation in new and unique ways. Your voice will be heard, and we will help amplify it.

Agencies and Recruiters

We cannot consider your candidate(s) without a contract in place. Any resumes received without having an active agreement will be considered gratis referrals to us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

This description captures the core of the role today. As we adopt AI and new ways of working, responsibilities may evolve, and we encourage team members to take initiative, lean into change, and help expand the impact of their role beyond what’s listed here.
