We are looking for a Head Housekeeper to lead our talented hotel Housekeeping Team.

What a Head Housekeeper does at JW Lees
- Manages the operation of the housekeeping, public space and linen.
- To ensure all Public Areas and Bedrooms are cleaned and presented in line with the required company standards.
- Ensures both internal and external areas are spotless and consistent as per company standards.
- Liaise and effectively communicate with Reception Team and Maintenance Team.
- Develops and implements procedures and standards which supports the achievement of service and financial goals.
- Determines appropriate staffing levels for forecasted business and schedules Team Members accordingly.
- Develops and implements customer service and safety training for Team Members on an ongoing basis.
