Join East Anglia’s Leading Independent Tyre & Service Provider. Treadfirst is a well-respected, family-run independent tyre retailer and MOT/Service centre with a 40-year history of excellence.

While you aren't expected to "jump on the tools" for daily repairs, strong technical knowledge is essential to effectively manage the workshop, provide accurate advice to customers, and ensure quality control across the team.

Providing expert advice and transparent quotes (face-to-face, phone, and email), ensuring every customer receives the "Treadfirst" standard of service.

Overseeing the team’s wellbeing, assisting with training and development, and ensuring the team is clear on their roles and safety responsibilities.

Compliance: Maintaining meticulous paperwork and electronic records while ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety practices.

Performance: Minimum of 5 years of experience within an automotive environment is essential. A professional who is ready to step up to a management challenge and has a passion for helping a team succeed.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm (Every other week); Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
