Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung von Fahrwerkskomponenten und -systemen über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess (Konzept bis Serie)
- Verantwortung für Bauteile oder Baugruppen innerhalb von Fahrwerksprojekten
- Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Komponenten mittels CAD-Systemen (CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Durchführung und Bewertung von FEM-Analysen (Festigkeit, Dauerhaltbarkeit)
- Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden (OEMs) und Lieferanten
- Steuerung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprozessen (Termine, Schnittstellen, Liefergegenstände)
- Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland und China
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fahrwerksentwicklung (OEM / Tier-1 / Engineering-Dienstleister)
- Erfahrung in CAD-basierter Bauteilentwicklung (CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Bauteilverantwortung
- FEM / Strukturanalyse
- Steuerung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprozessen (PEP, Volkswagenkonzern)
- Gutes Verständnis von Fahrwerkssystemen und deren Integration im Gesamtfahrzeug
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke im technischen und internationalen Umfeld
Sprachkenntnisse:
- Deutsch (Muttersprache oder fließend)
- Englisch (fließend, für internationale Projekte)
- Chinesisch (optional, von Vorteil)
