Roseate Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Cluster Sales Coordinator to join its Regional Sales Team in the UK. The role will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.
- Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
- Support planning and preparing for customer and hotel meetings.
- Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation and contracting process.
- Travelling between hotel sites when required for client meetings and FAM Trips.
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds and attend trade shows when required.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Previous hotel or sales experience is beneficial.
