The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and established distribution business based in Leeds.
We are looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join the team.
Job Type : Temp to perm
Pay Rate
- £17.77 per hour PAYE
Hours & Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday
- Around 20:00 starts
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Night work
The Role
- Completing trunking work between the client’s hubs.
- Completing up to 2 runs per night.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.
- Carrying out all required vehicle checks before and after each shift.
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- 6 months experience require.
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences only.
- Valid CPC and Digi Card.
- Good understanding of driver hours and regulations. Reliable,
- professional and flexible approach to work.
