Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour

Shifts: Continental shifts – 6:00am to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 6:00am

Shift Pattern Explained:

  • Week 1: 5 day shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Week 2: 2 day shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Week 3: 5 night shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am)
  • Week 4: 2 night shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am)

This pattern then repeats.

The Role: We are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance & Reach) to join a busy FMCG drinks production site. The role is primarily forklift‑based, with some general warehouse duties required to support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating both Counterbalance and Reach FLT safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving stock across warehouse and production areas
  • Supplying production lines with materials
  • Stacking and storing finished goods
  • Supporting goods‑in and goods‑out
  • Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
  • Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid, in‑date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences
  • Licences must be RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
  • Previous warehouse or FMCG experience preferred
  • Strong awareness of health & safety
  • Reliable and able to commit to rotating shifts
