The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting experienced Shunter Drivers to join our team in Coventry CV8.
We are currently looking for PM ad-hoc Shunters for Mondays and full-time Shunters to work Monday to Friday nights.

- Shunters: Mondays only Start times between 19:00 and 22:00Full-Time
- Shunters: Monday to Friday22:00 to 06:00Pay
- Rates:£18.50 between 06:00–22:00£20.00 between 22:00–06:00£25.00 weekend rate
Role: Shunting trailers within the yard – 40–100 moves per shift.
Yard manoeuvring and reversing with confidence and accuracy.
Communicating effectively with transport and logistics teams.
Requirements: Minimum 4 months’ shunting driving experience Full UK Class 1 licence (C+E).
Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
Successful completion of assessment (theory and practical).
Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude.
