HGV Class 2 Drivers – Warrington (WA5) Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts | Rolled-Up Holiday Pay | Ongoing Work

The Recruitment Crowd (TRC) is hiring multiple HGV Class 2 (CAT C) drivers for an industry-leading client based in Warrington (WA5). This is ongoing, long-term work with consistent shifts available.

Shifts Available:

  • Mornings
  • Afternoons
  • Nights (starting after midnight)

Shifts available across Monday to Sunday.

Pay Rates (Rolled-Up Holiday Pay Only):

Please note that there will be a £2 uplift on below rates between 23rd of November till 20th of December on below rates. £14.85 per hour (No flat PAYE option – rolled-up holiday pay only to maximise your take-home).

The Role:

  • Trunking between depots with safe and timely parcel delivery.
  • Collections using a tail lift and pump truck.
  • Occasional cage handling and movement on-site.
  • Yard manoeuvring and reversing with precision.
  • Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Following all traffic laws, WTD rules, and company safety policies.
  • Communication with dispatch and site teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
  • Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Max 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Must pass a site assessment (theory and practical).
  • Working knowledge of WTD legislation.
  • Strong communication and a safety-first attitude.
