Our Client are a leading provider of Material Handling Equipment, Training & Services who have aggressive growth plans in the UK and are now looking to add further External Salespeople to their Commercial function.
Area Sales Manager based in the Kent area.
The Role
- 80% Business Development across any businesses within the Essex region who move Materials around a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility.
- Selling Forklift Trucks, Forklift Truck Hire, Training, Service Contracts, Racking, Cleaning Equipment, Access Equipment into Warehouses and Manufacturers.
- No pressure for the first 12 months – the company gives you plenty of freedom to bed into the company and are looking for people with loyalty and longevity/stability.
- The Candidate
- Very strong at Business Development – not afraid to knock on doors – essential.
- Ideally from a Materials Handling or Capital Equipment background but absolutely not essential – looking for the right person with the right attributes; Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, sound Student Mentality.
- External sales experience essential.
- You need to demonstrate loyalty and stability in your career.
- You need to be driven, hungry to succeed – there is plenty of progression available within the company.
