Site Fitter / Welder
Reporting to the Site Manager and working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for structural and architectural steelwork on-site for balustrade works, amongother projects.
Role
This will be working Monday to Friday, 7-7 days at a site based in Kensington. Digs and food allowance will be provided. Competitive rates of pay dependent on experience.
Duties
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with your mate to complete installations efficiently and to a high standard.
- Install structural and architectural metalwork products on-site according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform on-site welding and polishing to ensure high-qualityfinishes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety.
Requirements
- Experienced using a variety of hand and power tools.
- CSCS card.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role/environment and used to site practices.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
