About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Production Manager with a background in the Clothing and Retail industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless production processes, maintaining internal systems, coordinating deliveries, and meeting customer deadlines with precision. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the full production process from initial order to final delivery. * Monitor and update internal production systems, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for all relevant departments. * Coordinate and follow up with the manufacturers to track the status of orders and ensure timelines are adhered to. * Book and manage logistics for deliveries, ensuring all products are dispatched on time to meet customer expectations. * Work closely with quality control, product, and warehouse teams to ensure all standards are consistently met. * Identify and address any production issues swiftly to avoid delays or quality compromises. * Maintain excellent organisational records, production schedules, and delivery logs. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and boost operational efficiency. * Act as the key point of contact between local teams and HO teams for production-related matters.
