- Manage a full candidate journey from application to placement
- Advertise roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both clients and candidates
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, candidate management, employment pre‑screening and onboarding
- Proven background in high‑volume recruitment roles
- Proven background in solid administration roles
- Organised approach – able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work accurately and at pace
- Excellent IT skills; proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Self‑motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to personal development
- High levels of integrity, leading by example
- Sense of humour: gritty determination and personality required
- Must live within a commutable distance of Leeds LS28.
