The Company
Currently recruiting for a vastly growing FMCG business in the West Midlands. This opportunity demands a talented and driven IT and Marketing Executive.
The Role
The company are looking to expand their IT and Marketing department due to continued growth, and to join the expanding team. This opportunity requires a talented and driven person to:
- Help look after and oversee the maintenance and development of the Internal CRM systems (Salesforce & Sage), working alongside our current department staff and external I.T solutions company when required.
- Maintain the ongoing running of the systems used, social media, website, as well as working alongside other departments as/when needed for any reporting tools needed for data management and insights to improve marketing/sales strategies.
- Maintain website performance, and help create content for website and social media platforms.
The right candidate will be comfortable in high-pressure situations and able to work towards deadlines. The right candidate must fit the following criteria:
- Salesforce experience is essential, with in-depth knowledge and reporting tools.
- Sage CRM system an advantage but not essential.
- SEO/SEM and coding an advantage but not essential.
- Good time management.
- Marketing and social media an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
Candidates preferred to be local to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge and surrounding areas.
