The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Exeter area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.
Shifts: Operation runs across Monday to Sunday
Start Times: Start times vary between 12pm - 10pm starts (afternoon/nights)
Pay Rate:
- £17.75 per hour PAYE (6am to 10pm)
- £18.25 per hour PAYE (10pm to 6am)
Location: Exeter, EX5
Job Type: Ad-hoc / Temp / Ongoing
The role:
- Trunking - Performing trunk runs to the hub.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
- Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- 6 months minimum experience required.
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
- Full understanding of WTD legislation.
- Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A safety-first mindset.
