We are currently hiring an experienced machine operative to join a leading manufacturer. You will be in a busy workshop environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday – early finish
Rate: £13.14 standard, overtime available in the morning at T1/2 + piece work bonus
Type: Temp to perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of engineering machinery such as plasma, drills, punctures
- Moving materials around the site.
- Assist with making steel products and components
- Delivering high-quality finishes in a workshop environment while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in metalworking
- Overhead crane certificate dated in the past 5 years
