The Role

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the linchpin for a portfolio of our key clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into successful digital marketing strategies.
This isn\’t just a client-facing role; it\’s a hands-on position where you will actively manage and execute paid social and email marketing campaigns. Weβre looking for someone who loves to get stuck in, analyse performance, and demonstrate tangible value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
* Develop and implement innovative paid social and email marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
* Hands-on management of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, from setup and optimisation to reporting.
* Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
* Analyse campaign performance using Looker and other analytics tools, providing clients with clear, insightful reports and commercial recommendations.
* Translate data into actionable insights that drive strategy and improve client ROI.
* Confidently manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and deliver maximum impact.
* Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities with diligence and a keen eye for detail.
What We\’re Looking For
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
* Proven Experience: Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn are essential) and email marketing campaigns.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently in reporting platforms like Looker to derive meaningful insights.
* Commercially Focused: A sharp commercial mindset, always focused on delivering tangible results, leads, and revenue for clients.
* Client Champion: Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations effectively.
* Diligent & Detail-Oriented: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload.
