About the Role

TRC are recruiting experienced Counterbalance and Reach FLT Drivers to join a busy FMCG drinks production site. This is a predominantly forklift-based role, supporting warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work a rotating continental shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

  • Week 1: 5 Day Shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Week 2: 2 Day Shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Week 3: 5 Night Shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am)
  • Week 4: 2 Night Shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am)

The pattern then repeats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating both Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving stock throughout warehouse and production areas
  • Supplying production lines with materials
  • Stacking and storing finished goods
  • Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
  • Completing daily FLT safety checks

Requirements

  • Valid, in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences
  • RTITB or ITSSAR accredited licences
  • Previous warehouse and/or FMCG experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Able to commit to rotating day and night shifts
