Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform direct patient care, including vital signs, dialysis initiation and termination, documentation, physical assessments, and laboratory work.
- Provide dialysis therapy, formulate dialysis plans, verify safety measures, administer medications, and document all activities.
- Analyze patient assessments and laboratory data, communicate emergencies and complications to supervisors and physicians.
- Assess patient and family learning readiness, provide education on renal disease and treatments, and participate in care planning.
Schedule & Benefits
- Work 3-4 days/week, 10-12 hours/day, including every other Saturday; closed on Sundays.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school; B.S.N or a three-year diploma may be substituted.
- Nursing license for Minnesota.
