This role is primarily located at our Brentwood facility and requires travel to our Century City location to provide care for our pediatric patient population.

This is a part-time position offering 24 to 30 hours per week, based on clinical needs and patient visit schedules across both locations.

In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements

• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, as well as functional proficiency with Da Vita-specific applications within 60 days.

The Wage Range for the role is $37.50 - $59.50 per hour.
