This is a high-impact New Business / Sales Manager role focused on driving occupancy, revenue growth, and pipeline conversion across a portfolio of premium workspaces. You’ll own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and broker engagement through to negotiation, deal closure, and seamless handover to operations. This is a commercially focused role where relationship-building, market awareness, and closing ability are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business across a portfolio of managed workspaces
- Manage end-to-end sales process including viewings, negotiation, and contract completion
