We’re looking for a commercially driven Workspace Sales Manager to take ownership of sales and membership growth for an exciting premium workspace business in Bristol. This is a relationship-led sales role where you’ll manage the full journey; from generating and responding to enquiries through to conducting tours, preparing proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals. You’ll be representing a beautifully designed, high-quality workspace proposition, selling not just office space but the experience, community and professional network that come with membership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries from initial contact through to signed agreement.
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business, space, budget and timescale requirements.
  • Conduct engaging building tours that bring the workspace and membership experience to life.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and membership packages.
  • Follow up opportunities consistently and keep prospects engaged throughout the process.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and confidently close new business.
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.
  • Work toward agreed occupancy, revenue and conversion targets.
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and business development.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial property agents, flexible-office brokers and referral partners.
  • Attend relevant Bristol business, property and networking events.
  • Develop a visible presence within the local business community.
  • Build relationships with existing members and identify expansion, renewal and referral opportunities.
  • Monitor availability, pricing, competitors and wider market activity.
  • Produce accurate pipeline, forecasting and performance updates.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to member.
  • Support launches, events and other activities that generate enquiries and strengthen the brand.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is commercially ambitious but understands that premium sales are built through trust, credibility and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in B2B, consultative or relationship-led sales.
  • Experience managing a pipeline and taking opportunities through to close.
  • Confidence conducting tours, presenting solutions and negotiating terms.
  • A strong record of working toward sales or revenue targets.
  • Excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to generate new business rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to communicate credibly with founders, executives and senior decision-makers.
  • A polished, professional and personable approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial curiosity and an understanding of what influences buying decisions.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Experience within flexible workspace, serviced offices, commercial property, memberships, private members’ clubs, hospitality, luxury retail or another premium customer environment would be advantageous.
  • An existing Bristol business or property network would be useful, but isn’t essential. The confidence and motivation to build one are more important.

What’s on offer?

  • £30,000-£35,000 basic salary.
  • Commission based on completed deals.
  • Ownership of the sales pipeline across a growing Bristol portfolio.
  • The opportunity to build a strong profile within the local business community.
  • A premium workspace proposition you can be proud to represent.
  • Genuine scope to influence commercial growth as the business develops.

If you’re an ambitious relationship-builder who enjoys owning the full sales process and selling an experience rather than simply a product, we’d love to hear from you.
