The Recruitment Crowd is recruiting for an Onsite Logistics Consultant to manage day-to-day onsite operations for a busy logistics site. You will build strong client and workforce relationships, ensure staffing levels are met, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional service at all times.
You will liaise with the client on daily staffing, book and confirm agency drivers, and drive KPI and SLA delivery while maintaining accurate records and driving engagement across the workforce.
