We are hiring an experienced Recycling Manager to support the leadership of a high-volume waste management and recycling facility in Blackburn.

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:30 (Flexibility required during peak periods, including occasional Saturdays)

Overview:

  • You will take ownership of site performance, team leadership, and compliance.
  • Playing a key role in delivering operational efficiency.
  • Arrange repairs or clean-ups as needed.
  • Manage and reduce site waste.
  • Ensure quality control of outgoing product and baling/separation processes.
