Job Description Summary
In this hybrid 14 month Fixed Term Contract role, based in London (UK), the Manager, Employee Experience & Communications will be responsible for developing and implementing employee experience and communication strategies to support global enterprise-wide programmes and initiatives in the European and EMEAC regions, as well as TMX’s Trayport business. They will partner with their counterparts in North America and the Vice President, Employee Experience and Communications, who they will report to, to ensure the most effective approach. They will also have access to a shared Coordinator resource.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications:
- Develop and implement employee experience and communications strategies for Enterprise-wide Programmes, and end-to-end delivery using our employee communication forums
- Manage Trayport’s quarterly Company Meetings, from setting the agenda with senior leadership to managing content and delivery, ensuring representation from global offices.
- Track and report on results, and adjust content strategy based on engagement.
- Co-manage content strategy for TMX’s intranet.
- Lead change management communications for regional initiatives, ensuring employees are informed and supported through transitions.
- Support annual engagement survey and mid-year pulse check to measure employee sentiment.
- Manage the business continuity tool (employee hotline) for communication in a crisis situation for assigned regions.
- Champion new ways of communicating with employees and new ways of employees working together across teams.
- Co-administer daily operations of the Employee Experience & Communications budget, and ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives end-to-end.
Employee Experience & Culture:
- Support and implement elements of TMX’s global Holistic Wellness (Community) strategy, including Lifeworks, Benevity, wellness events, etc. when it comes to physical, mental, financial, community and social wellbeing.
- Support TMX’s Recognition Programme activities including employee award programs, milestones, reporting, and the GiveThanx community.
- Participate in and help oversee the global Impact Charitable giving program in its evolution, including process and employee committee.
- Creation of concept, manage and oversee employee socials in Europe and EMEAC. Partner with local teams to plan and execute engaging regional and office-level events that build community and foster a sense of belonging.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Work with key stakeholders, including global HR teams, Marketing, IT, Delivery, Linguistic Services, and leadership across Europe.
- Partner seamlessly with your North American counterparts to ensure global consistency, share best practices, and co-create global campaigns. Work with the team to enhance and standardize the experience to leave employees feeling good in the moments that really matter for them.
