Are you looking for a summer internship where you are more than just a number? We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive intern to join our London IT team. What You'll Do:
- Providing end user support for Windows and Apple devices, and for other managed devices like iOS and Android smartphones.
- Help maintain office IT equipment, including: phone systems; room conferencing systems; printers and scanners.
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or computer systems.
- Understand Information Security considerations in IT.
- Responsible for contributing to daily IT processes and tasks.
- Providing help and guidance for our users.
- Gain an understanding of ISO***** requirements and how they apply to TMX Trayport.
