About The Role
Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Day/Night Shift Carers to provide specialised Spinal Cord Injury care for our clients in and around Sussex. Our clients reside in their own homes or independent accommodations, all conveniently accessible by public transport. Some clients have pets (cats or dogs) for companionship. Confident drivers are preferred, as you may need to assist clients with transportation to gym sessions, local visits, or appointments.
Job Details
- Job Type: Day and waking night shifts
- Shift Pattern: Day 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Night 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Pay Rate: £14.75 per hr - £21.24 per hr
- Bank Holidays: paid at 150% and Christmas at 200% (double pay)
You’ll be engaged in 3-4 shifts or more per week. Alternatively, if eligible, you can be a part of our Standby rota, working conveniently from home. To support your journey, we provide comprehensive training, equipping you to excel in your caregiving role.
Training & Support
Paragon is a specialist provider of spinal cord injury and complex care. You’ll receive full training before you start, and where possible, time will be given to get familiar with the care routine. No previous experience with spinal care is needed.
