We are looking for an experienced Head of Revenue Marketing to build and scale Travtus' go-to-market execution capability. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success. You will be responsible for developing and operationalising the messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, content, attribution, and digital presence required to support commercial growth. You will ensure that Travtus presents a consistent and compelling market position, that revenue-generating campaigns are executed effectively across channels, and that marketing activities are measured against clear business outcomes. This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, strong product marketing capability, and the ability to execute at pace in a growing software company. You will work closely with executive leadership to establish scalable marketing processes, support pipeline generation, and create the foundations for future growth.

About the Role:
- Go-To-Market Messaging & Positioning: Develop and maintain company-wide messaging frameworks. Create clear value propositions for buyers, users, influencers and executive stakeholders. Establish messaging that supports multi-threaded enterprise sales motions. Ensure consistency of positioning across campaigns, sales materials, website content, events and customer communications. Develop competitive positioning, differentiation and market narratives. Work closely with Product and Sales teams to continuously refine market messaging. Create and maintain persona-specific content and communication frameworks.
- Revenue Marketing & Demand Generation: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, outbound, events, partnerships and content channels. Develop programmes that contribute to pipeline generation and commercial growth. Manage paid advertising initiatives and optimise campaign effectiveness. Identify new channels and opportunities for market awareness and demand creation. Support account-based marketing and targeted outreach initiatives where appropriate. Ensure all campaigns have clear objectives, measurement frameworks and defined success criteria. Continuously improve campaign performance through testing, analysis and optimisation.
- Sales Enablement & Commercial Support: Develop and maintain sales collateral including presentations, case studies, solution overviews, battlecards and supporting materials. Ensure sales teams have access to accurate, current and effective enablement resources. Support SDR, Account Executive and leadership teams with outreach messaging and campaign assets. Establish repeatable communication frameworks to support stakeholder engagement throughout the sales cycle. Partner with Sales leadership to improve consistency and effectiveness of market-facing communications.
- Marketing Operations & Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain marketing reporting, attribution and campaign measurement frameworks. Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities across inbound, outbound, events and digital channels. Develop reporting that demonstrates marketing contribution to commercial objectives. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure marketing activities are supported by clear processes, governance and operational discipline. Maintain marketing technology platforms and oversee external specialist providers where required.
- Website & Digital Presence: Own the strategic direction and ongoing effectiveness of the company website. Ensure the website remains the authoritative source of truth for company messaging, product positioning and market communication. Maintain consistency of content, branding and user experience. Improve website conversion performance through content optimisation and user journey improvements. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain website quality and accuracy.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, contractors and external suppliers. Define deliverables, performance expectations and quality standards for external partners. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure appropriate return on investment. Support procurement and selection of new marketing partners where required.
- Team Development & Capability Building: Establish scalable marketing processes, frameworks and operating rhythms. Build the foundations for future team growth and capability development. Provide leadership and direction to future team members as the function expands. Contribute to the development of a high-performance, commercially focused marketing culture.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, revenue marketing or go-to-market leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong product marketing experience, including messaging, positioning and persona development.
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, campaign measurement and reporting.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and commercial content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational capability.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors or contractors.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Executive teams.
- Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment.

- Sales Enablement: Availability, quality and adoption of sales enablement materials. Timely delivery of commercial content and campaign assets. Effectiveness of support provided to revenue-generating teams.
- Marketing Operations: Accuracy and timeliness of marketing reporting. Implementation and maintenance of campaign attribution frameworks. Quality of performance measurement and operational processes.
- Website & Digital Presence: Accuracy and consistency of website content and messaging. Maintenance of the website as the primary source of truth for company information. Continuous improvement of website effectiveness and user experience.
- Commercial Contribution: Demonstrable contribution of marketing activities to pipeline generation and commercial objectives. Alignment of marketing initiatives with company growth priorities. Effective collaboration with Sales, Product and Executive leadership.
- Leadership & Ownership: Effective management of external vendors and partners. Development of scalable marketing processes and frameworks. Demonstration of ownership, accountability and execution against agreed priorities.

The Head of Revenue Marketing will play a central role in shaping how Travtus communicates with the market, supports commercial growth and scales its go-to-market capabilities.
