Responsibilities
- Coordinating site visits for service engineers, ensuring materials and parts are ordered and prepared in good time.
- Providing a high level of customer service and account management support.
- Using computerised systems such as Windows, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce to manage information and workflows.
- Overseeing stock management and sorting service or repair parts within a small warehouse environment.
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (a licence is desirable but full training can be provided).
