Travis Talent is proud to be partnering with a national leader in vehicle spares and garage equipment to recruit a Warehouse and Logistics Manager for one of their high-performing regional branches. This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and a team of drivers and operatives to ensure smooth, accurate, and on-time deliveries. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone who takes pride in creating an efficient, high-performing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse and logistics teams
- Manage stock using the warehouse management system
- Oversee customer order deliveries and returns
- Ensure SLA targets are consistently met
- Conduct vehicle checks and manage branch fuel levels
- Support the Branch Manager with operational improvements
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading warehouse/logistics teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organisation abilities
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and MS Office
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
