What’s in it for you? * Full training and mentoring provided by our in-house Learning & Development team * Standard days-based role – no more shift work * Early Friday finishes for a better work-life balance * Amazing holiday entitlement * Be part of a world-leading training centre with modern facilities and supportive leadership * Develop new skills in presenting, coaching, and mentoring while staying grounded in practical engineering What you’ll be doing (once trained): * Delivering and developing mobile hydraulic and control system training courses * Teaching and assessing candidates working towards CETOP Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications * Supporting the development of practical training facilities * Acting as a Course Manager and Lead Tutor for bespoke and standard training programmes * Working collaboratively with customers to understand and meet their training needs We’re looking for someone who: * Has 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in mobile plant or heavy equipment maintenance * Holds an HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline – or CETOP Level 3 * Can read and interpret hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams * Understands mobile hydraulic systems and components such as pumps, valves, brakes, and transmissions * Is a confident communicator and team player, ready to develop into a respected trainer Whether you’ve had enough of spanners and breakdowns or you’re looking to pass on your knowledge and stay in engineering longer – this role could be your next step.
