Travis Talent are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking Facilities Management provider, seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the South of the UK. This is a true “hunter” role, focused on winning new contracts across security and cleaning services. The Opportunity
You will take ownership of developing new business across a diverse client base, including corporate, commercial, industrial, education, retail, and public sector environments. This is not an account management role — it’s about opening doors, creating opportunities, and converting them into long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify and win new FM contracts across: Corporate security & manned guarding, Specialist security services, Commercial & contract cleaning
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and tender opportunities
- Engage senior decision-makers including Facilities, Estates, and Procurement teams
- Drive opportunities from initial contact through to contract award
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Prepare high-quality tenders and proposals with internal support
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
- Negotiate commercially sound agreements aligned with company objectives
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Build strong relationships to generate repeat and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide market insights to support future growth strategies
About You
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional with a proven background in Facilities Management.
Essential Experience
- Strong track record in B2B FM sales (security and/or cleaning services)
- Demonstrated success in new business generation
- Experience selling into multi-site or corporate clients
- Understanding of procurement and tender processes
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
