Travis Talent are working in partnership with a growing Facilities Management and Security provider, looking to appoint a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive the expansion of their manned guarding and corporate security services across the South of the UK. This is a pure new business role, ideal for someone with a strong background in security sales who thrives on winning contracts, building pipelines, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
The Role: You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new manned guarding contracts across a range of sectors including corporate offices, logistics, retail, industrial sites, and public sector environments. This is a target-driven, hunter-led position where success is measured by your ability to open doors and close deals.
- Generate new business opportunities within manned guarding and corporate security services
- Proactively source leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry contacts
- Engage with key decision-makers including Facilities Managers, Security Managers, and Procurement teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract award
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand operational requirements
- Prepare and present tailored security solutions and proposals
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable, long-term contracts
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently. Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Resilient, target-driven, and commercially aware.
