This is a true hunter role, focused on winning new contracts across security and cleaning services. The Opportunity
You will take ownership of developing new business across a diverse client base, including corporate, commercial, industrial, education, retail, and public sector environments. This is not an account management role; it's about opening doors, creating opportunities, and converting them into long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify and win new FM contracts across:
- Corporate security & manned guarding
- Specialist security services
- Commercial & contract cleaning
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Prepare high-quality tenders and proposals with internal support
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
- Negotiate commercially sound agreements aligned with company objectives
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Build strong relationships to generate repeat and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide market insights to support future growth strategies
About You
We're looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional with a proven background in Facilities Management.
Essential Experience
