We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Negotiator in our offices in Lincoln. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5.00pm, totaling 42.5 hours per week.

What will I be doing?

  • You will report to a Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for liaising with customers, branches, and managers to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Your role involves providing seamless and outstanding customer service to assist with queries, quotations, and orders.
  • Take ownership of quotes and orders from inbound calls, make outbound calls to your customer portfolio, and follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into sales contracts.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of products and services offered by Travis Perkins, and be able to suggest alternatives and related products.
  • Work directly with preferred suppliers and manufacturers to source equipment for customers.

What experience do you need?

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in a similar environment. You should be proactive, able to identify upselling opportunities, and increase sales and profit.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
