Overview:
Support the day-to-day operations of our Blairgowrie branch. You'll lead and coach the team, drive daily sales targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth branch operations across our fleet, tool hire, and showroom.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Experience motivating, coaching, and developing teams.
- Sales & Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Safety First: Commitment to driving a strict health and safety culture.
- Background: Merchanting experience is helpful, but successful sales leaders from any customer-centric industry are welcome!
