Travis Perkins in Northampton is seeking a Yard Manager/Supervisor to lead our yard team and deliver excellent customer service. Based outdoors, you'll supervise operations, ensure safety, and build strong relationships with customers who visit the branch.
You will manage a small team, coach colleagues, and drive high standards while handling lifting of heavy materials. Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 with alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00, and opportunities for training as part of the TP Group.
