Hours: Monday to Friday (Sociable daytime hours – no evenings!) + Alternate Saturday Mornings (8am - 12pm)

What’s it like to be a Trade Sales & Account Representative with us? Every day is different at our King's Lynn branch. You will split your time between our indoor trade counter and our outdoor yard, keeping on the move and interacting with our regular trade and DIY customers.
- Build Strong Relationships: You’ll deliver the highest service standards both in person and by phone, understanding what our local builders and tradespeople need to get the job done.
- Keep Us Moving: You’ll spend time outside in our Yard, helping to process orders, load and unload delivery vehicles, and accurately book stock into our systems.
- Drive Sales: Working alongside our partnered businesses, you'll get to know our massive product range so you can confidently recommend the right materials, tools, or services to our customers.
- Safety First: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment across the branch to keep everybody safe and happy all day, every day.
Do you have what it takes? You don’t need to be an expert in building materials and tooling—we’ll support you to learn all of that on the job! We are looking for someone who is:
- Physically Active: Confident in your ability to comfortably handle, process, and move heavy and bulky stock throughout the Yard and Warehouse safely.
- Customer‑Focused: Great at building a rapport through positive, purposeful interactions that leave a lasting impression.
- A Team Player: High energy, self‑motivated, and comfortable stepping outside of your core role to support your branch colleagues when it gets busy.
- Organised: Able to multi‑task and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
