What’s the role?
You’ll join our friendly team in Machynlleth but also travel to other branches in the region to learn the ropes and develop your skills.During your apprenticeship, you’ll:
Work in every part of our branch – the yard, counter, phone/email service, and even our kitchen and tool hire areas.
Learn how to provide excellent customer service.
Get to know our products, processes, and safety-first culture.
Progress into a team leader role with full management training
You’ll have your own dedicated coach, get regular one-to-one support, and have study time during your work week (no homework required).

Over 18 and not currently in education
Eligible to work in the UK
