Overview

In this role you support the BOSS product lifecycle and commercial initiatives to boost brand performance, margin, and stock availability. You will liaise with cross-functional teams to maintain data, manage sourcing projects, and ensure quality and compliance. The role sits at the heart of the Commercial team, driving growth across the national network and distribution centers. This is a hands-on, data-driven position with a clear impact on product availability and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate product and pricing data and update systems for supplier price changes
  • Support end-to-end sourcing projects across UK, Europe, and Far East
  • Act as a primary contact for branch and supplier queries to resolve stock and supply issues
  • Support marketing content creation across trade counters, social channels, newsletters, and events
  • Coordinate QA and compliance with Own Brand, QA, and Category teams to meet safety and environmental standards
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with BSS and Travis Perkins Group stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Experience managing and maintaining data sets and product files
  • Background in merchanting, trade distribution or retail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with methodical problem solving
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with spreadsheets and multi-system usage
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport
