Benchmarx is on a mission to become the first‑choice supplier of kitchens and joinery products to the trade and we’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Implant Branch Manager to help us get there. In this key role, you’ll take full ownership of the showroom’s performance, driving profitability, leading your team, and ensuring exceptional service for our loyal customer base. You’ll oversee sales, purchasing, stock, and day‑to‑day operations, using your experience to respond quickly to market changes and keep the branch performing at its best.
Working hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm and alternate Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing and improving showroom profitability
- Reviewing costs, stock levels and operational performance
- Leading your team to deliver excellent service and maintain a safe working environment

- Proven experience in a similar role within the trade, kitchen, or joinery sector
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- A full UK driving licence (travel required)
