Responsibilities: Support the Head of HSE in delivering the business’ HSE Annual Operating Plan through agreed improvement activities. Identify and design continual improvement programmes based on risk profile, incident experience, and organizational learning, ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Drive improvement programmes related to workplace transport, MHE, product storage, handling, out-of-branch activities, load security, and driver safety. Participate in HSE forums and support projects to enhance safety culture. Assist Distribution Centre management in improving HSE performance and culture. Implement HSE improvement programmes and monitor success metrics. Support high-risk branches with hands-on safety support and develop action plans. Review HSE data streams to identify insights for risk reduction and safety improvement. Resolve complex HSE issues escalated by advisors or the Group Head of Environment. Support Incident Review Boards and ensure learnings and actions are documented and shared. What’s in it for you?
