We're looking for an exceptional leader for our Bromyard branch. While experience in the builders' merchant world is a plus, what we really need is a proven retail leader who knows how to inspire a team, deliver great customer service, and drive business success. If you're a great leader, we can teach you the rest.
This is your chance to lead our Bromyard branch.
You'll be the hands-on leader of a small but mighty team of 6, managing a one-truck operation and a full tool hire service. You'll be the go to person on-site, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring the branch runs like a well-oiled machine. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your leadership will be the key to our success. You'll drive sales, boost profitability, and ensure the team delivers top-notch service with safety at the heart of everything.
What you’ll need:
