You will be a trusted advisor to directors, lead strategic safety decisions, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive risk-based improvements.
Reporting into the Head of Safety - Merchants, you will own incident investigations, lead behavioural safety initiatives, and act as the technical safety expert for our Northampton distribution centre.
