What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships both in person and by phone, delivering the highest service standards and meeting customers’ current and future needs.
- Keep safety at the heart of everything we do, maintaining high standards across our working environment for the well-being of everyone.
- Work alongside partnered businesses, understanding and promoting our combined product range to offer customers a broader selection of materials, tools, and services.
- Spend time outside in the Yard, helping to process orders, load and unload vehicles, and accurately book deliveries into our systems.
About the role:
- Confident in the physical ability to process heavy and bulky stock throughout the Yard and Warehouse within health and safety guidelines.
- Provide a best-in-class sales experience through positive and purposeful interactions that leave a lasting impression.
- Self-motivate, multi-task and stay organised in adaptable, fast-paced environments.
- No prior expertise in building materials or tooling is required; we support learning on the job.
- Be a team player comfortable stepping outside your role to support colleagues across the branch.
