Lead the Recruitment Process: Take charge of recruiting for non-management roles like HGV drivers, apprentices, and kitchen designers across your Region – from sourcing top candidates to guiding them through every step of the process.
Sourcing & Collaboration: Use your expertise to find great talent across various platforms, working closely with hiring managers to ensure we’re bringing in the best candidates quickly and efficiently.
Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process, offering clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Market Insights & Strategy: Stay on top of industry trends and regional hiring needs, using your insights to continuously improve and refine our recruitment strategies.
Diversity & Compliance: Champion inclusive hiring, ensuring the process is fair, transparent, and fully aligned with company policies and legal standards.
Proactive & Informed Communication with Hiring Managers: Keep hiring managers fully in the loop at every stage, offering proactive updates so they never have to chase you for information. You’ll make sure they’re always up-to-date, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Recruitment Experience: You bring 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a regional or multi-location setting.
