Of course, as a retail supervisor, you will serve customers and support the Store Manager, but you will also be checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves. And it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take real pride in what you and the team do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting: Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team and coach them to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Mucking in: Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Delivering great service: Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are – and coach the team to do the same.
- Asking questions and building relationships: Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Building a fun working environment: Maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure the branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
- Hard work and passion: You don’t need retail experience – just be focused on delivering great service and we’ll teach you the rest.
- A love of teamwork: Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.
- A positive attitude: Ensure our customers have a great experience while in our branch.
