Joining our friendly and hard working family as a Yard Sales Assistant, you will be on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver the highest standards of service by being helpful and friendly at all times.
- Work outside the yard, processing customer orders, loading and unloading customer and company vehicles.
- Unload building products from supplier deliveries and accurately book them into the branch warehouse.
- Operate a forklift – full training will be provided.
- Uphold safety standards, maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service in this key customer-facing role.
